Shipping:
Most of our orders are dispatched between 2 – 3 working days after cleared payment has been received. We take great care in packaging all orders to ensure their safe delivery to you. Orders are sent via Royal Mail, Parcel Force or Hermes. There will be an additional delivery charge for all international orders (outside of UK).

Returns:
In the unlikely event that your order is damaged, please return it to us within 30 days of receipt. We will be happy to replace where possible or refund you in full if the item is found to be damaged. All returns must be authorised and sent back to us with proof of postage. Any return postage costs will be refunded at our discretion only.
