We’re pleased to share the Motivate A Million Donor Feedback and Impact Report, highlighting the progress, reach, and real-world impact of this unique dawah initiative over the past year.
Motivate A Million was launched with a clear and ambitious vision: to ensure the Quran reaches every corner of the UK and every heart that may otherwise never encounter it. At the centre of this project is The Majestic Quran, an accessible and eloquent English translation designed to engage modern readers while preserving the depth and beauty of Allah’s words.
Impact at a Glance
Between March 2025 and February 2026, with the support of our donors:
- 13,254 Qurans were distributed
- 33,135 total engagements were recorded
- £69,295 was raised and deployed for project delivery
Every copy distributed represents an opportunity for reflection, learning, and spiritual connection for Muslims and non-Muslims alike.
Why This Project Matters
In today’s society, many people have limited access to authentic and understandable presentations of the Quran. Motivate A Million addresses this gap by:
- Supporting young Muslims to engage meaningfully with the Quran
- Presenting the Quran to influential figures across the public, private, and voluntary sectors
- Contributing to education, rehabilitation, and interfaith dialogue
Feedback consistently shows that The Majestic Quran resonates strongly with readers due to its clarity, flowing style, and accessibility, making it especially effective in educational and outreach settings.
Key Achievements
Over the reporting period, the project reached milestones that set new benchmarks in public engagement:
- Successfully presenting The Majestic Quran to every MP and Lord in the UK Parliament, as well as members of the Scottish Parliament
- Delivering Qurans to all secondary schools in Scotland, in partnership with the Muslim Council of Scotland
- Working with universities and FOSIS, distributing Qurans during Freshers’ Week and Islam Awareness events
- Supplying Qurans to prisons and hospitals, supporting education, reflection, and rehabilitation
These efforts ensure that the Quran is present in spaces where understanding, guidance, and dialogue are most needed.
What Recipients Are Saying
Feedback from educators, charity workers, and community leaders highlights the value of this work. Recipients shared that receiving the Quran helped deepen understanding of Muslim communities, enhanced educational delivery in schools, and provided authentic resources for Religious Education curricula. Many institutions have added the Quran to their libraries, making it accessible to wider audiences for years to come
Looking Ahead
None of this work would be possible without the generosity, trust, and du‘as of our supporters. Your contributions have enabled the Quran to reach thousands of hearts across Parliament, schools, prisons, universities, and communities throughout the UK.
As we continue towards our goal of reaching one million people, we ask Allah to accept this effort as a form of ongoing charity (Sadaqah Jariyah) and to place barakah in it for all those who have supported it. Ameen.
