Effective Team Work Skills Training Course

Karimia Institute and ILM (Institute of Leadership and Management) invite young people in Nottingham to a weekend of gaining the skills required to be effective leaders and team players.
Where: The Karimia Institute, Bobbersmill Community Centre
When: 20th – 21st January (Saturday/Sunday 8:45am – 5:00pm)
Cost: FREE
What: The Karimia Institute with the charitable programme Shared Outcomes, is offering young people the opportunity to gain a Level 2 Qualification (worth a GCSE) in ‘Effective Team Member Skills’ accredited by the Institute of Leadership and Management. You will complete the course over the weekend with trained CVQO instructors.
We are offering the course, which would normally cost around £200 per person, for FREE. All you have to do is pay a small deposit that you will get back at the end of the course.
Why: The qualification will make you stand-out when you’re applying for jobs, the Institute for Leadership and Management (ILM) is renowned for its excellent leadership courses, and the course will give you key employment skills.
This award is internationally recognised and offers you the chance to develop your team–working skills; you’ll learn how effective teams operating whilst having a lot of fun along the way! You’ll also develop your key communication and interpersonal skills.
