Dhul Hijjah start announcement
Due to negative moon sighting reports, we are pleased to announce and confirm that: Eid Al Adha will be celebrated on Wednesday 21st July 2021
- 1st Dhul Hijjah: Monday 12th July 2021
- 9th Dhul Hijjah, Day of Arafah: Tuesday 20th July (Sunnah day of fasting)
- 9th – 13th Dhul Hijjah, Ayam e Tashriq, these are the days in which we must recite the Takbeer at least once after every Salah. This begins at the Fajr Salah on Tuesday 20th July & ends after the Asr Salah on Saturday 24th July.
The first ten days of the month of Dhul Hijjah are great in virtue and it is from the Sunnah to increase in worship and good deeds during the first 10 days of this great month.
