The Family Tarbiya Retreat 2023, held at the picturesque Hollowford Centre in Castleton, Peak District, from 25th to 28th August 2023, concluded on a high note, marking its status as a remarkable success. With over 100 attendees hailing from diverse corners of the UK, this retreat provided a unique opportunity for like-minded families to take a break from their daily routines and immerse themselves in a spiritual and rejuvenating experience.

The serene backdrop of Castleton’s natural beauty provided the perfect setting for families to unwind, reflect, and bond with each other. The retreat aimed to offer a holistic experience, combining spiritual development, family bonding, and personal growth.

Attendees found solace in group recitations of The Majestic Quran, complete with translation, fostering a sense of spiritual connection and tranquillity. Daily congregational prayers were observed, with an additional 15 minutes of Dhikr before Maghrib prayers, enhancing the attendees’ sense of devotion and mindfulness.
